"Our family had gotten to the hotel at 10 and the doors were locked, we called the number that was as posted on the door and all we could do was leave a message. Therefore, we had to find another hotel late at night. We called the front desk this morning to get our money back since we did not stay and Yolanda was super rude and argumentative. Basically calling me a liar saying I needed to call the number and that they were open. She would not issue me a refund or give any resolution for the the situation, not even a sorry. Very disappointed and I would not recommend anyone staying there"
"Me and my Daughter and Daughter in Law stayed in a one bedroom suite it was really nice and quiet and the people are really nice. Full kitchen, dining room table for 6 sofa bed Love the porch totally screened in. Stayed here in January."
"upon walking into main building to check in, I was smacked in the face with stench of old cigar smoke & super dated decor. I was about to do a week at Disney & needed a decent place to rest but this worried me as I waited in line knowing I had no choice being Christmas wk. the staff was incompetent & rude - took them 40m to find our reservation we had months ago plus a printed copy of the confirmation. we were there as part of a timeshare stay - I would've died if we actually paid the going rate for this place. once I got to my room, I was surprised - it was dated with granite, black appliances, home depot rental grade finishings but at least it wasn't avocado green like I expected. however, my pic sums up my stay. there were lots of these - at pool, bathrooms, room - this was the only dead one. ugh. only plus was hotel location, early in am is only 20 min drive to Disney."
"Amazing Location, Friendly Staff and a very quiet area! Also it's close to everything. The rooms are nice and clean. To be honest staying here was one of the best decisions I could have made this week."
"On a busy highway but you don't hear the noise. Quaint feeling. 24 hr heated pool 7 days a wk. Close proximity to anything you need. Very nice suites"
