"Very unfriendly. Very dirty...people live like animals. Owner/manager refuses to make repairs, raw sewage runs on ground behind dumpsters, no one responsible for cleaning rooms or providing cleaan linens"

"The review here from Francis is the slumlord. Prices vary by what you drive and what he thinks he can get away with charging you. I've seen most rooms there and they all have bugs. Most units have a cable box that doesn't work so you probably only going to have over the air tv. This guy doesn't take care of the place at all because he takes the money with him to Miami to one of his other project properties. I lost my job due to Covid and stayed a few months without paying but not without him talking trash to me about it in front of any and everybody. I even tried to work off debt by helping bring the stairs up to code, painting a few rooms and weedeating the entire place at least 5 times due to him being to cheap to even buy a push mower. For all the work I was credited $500 a month later only so he could file an eviction on me. He somehow gets away with nothing being up to code. I lived with a hose across my front walk that pumped sewage from an overflowing septic tank into the drainage pipe of my unit which left me smelling several other units waste the whole time I was living here. There are a few people living here that are good people but other than that its a waste of your time and money."

"IT IS MOSTLY A WEEKLY EXTENDED STAY MOTEL. RATES ARE LOW. CUSTOMERS GET NICE, CLEAN, BUGS FREE UNITS. IT IS A PET FRIENDLY MOTEL. PEOPLE STAY HERE FOR MANY WEEKS. ONCE A CUSTOMER MOVES IN, IT IS UP TO THE CUSTOMER TO KEEP THE PLACE NICE, CLEAN AND ROACH FREE. LIKE YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT. WEEKLY CUSTOMERS GET A DISCOUNTED PRICE. SO IT IS THE CUSTOMERS’ RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN THE PLACE CLEAN AND HEALTHY. THOSE WHO COMPLAIN THAT THEIR STAY AT FRIENDLY MOTEL WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE, IS BECAUSE AFTER THEY MOVE IN, THEY DO NOT KEEP UP THE PLACE. WHEN THEY DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO PAY, THEY TRASH THE PLACE AND, POST BAD REPORTS ONLINE. THERE ARE A NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS WHO LIVE HERE FOR YEARS/MONTHS/MANY WEEKS AND PAY THE RENT ON TIME, AND KEEP THEIR PLACE NICE AND CLEAN. THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE, HAPPY CUSTOMERS. FOR THE DISCOUNTED PRICE, CUSTOMERS DO NOT GET ROOM SERVICE AND HOUSE KEEPING. THEY HAVE TO MAINTAIN THEIR PLACE NICE AND CLEAN. PEOPLE COME HERE BECAUSE THEY CANNOT AFFORD TO GET A HOUSE OR APARTMENT OR A PLACE AT OTHER EXPENSIVE HOTEL/ MOTEL/INN/LODGE. THE UNITS COME WITH AC, FRIDGE, MICROWAVE, CABLE TV, FREE WIFE, HOT/COLD WATER, FREE PARKING NEXT TO THE UNIT. IT IS UP TO THE INDIVIDUAL TO LIVE NICE, CLEAN AND HEALTHY WHEREVER HE/SHE LIVES, INCLUDING FRIENDLY MOTEL."

"Absolutely disgusting, the water is brown, the manager is very rude and creepy. Way to much money for absolutely nothing, you’re better off homeless. Nothing but roaches and bugs in the rooms. Nobody cleans the sheets so when you rent a room there will be the same nasty sheets people have slept on. Disgusting place I will be calling Chanel 13 tomorrow."

"The rooms that have one bed could have bigger beds. I mean a full sized bed for two people to sleep in? The check out time should be around noon instead of 9AM, as well. Who are they kidding? All-in-all though, the manager was very friendly and the price of one night's stay is very reasonable. Since the truck is still being worked on, when I woke up this morning (it's Tuesday Nov. 26...we've been here since the 21st) to pay for tonight the manager said it was on the house. I thought that was the nicest thing. Things are looking up for our trip."
