Orange Lake Resort East Village 8505 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, FL 34747

"Location is great. That's it. East village room had cockroaches & when I came through the gates at the security they didn't ask for name or room number, just asked if I've checked in yet and I'm good to go. Apparently they let anyone in. My biggest issue though- We are owners already and we were told to sign some paperwork and it will take 30 minutes tops. Apparently the people we spoke with dont work Fridays so we "had" to come in on Thursday for this 30 minute thing. Over 3 hours later we finally finished up the paperwork, we're now only 2.5 hours behind our schedule, and the contract lady you see at the end even said they should have never told us 30 minutes for paperwork. Brad & Melanie, you're very nice, but do better & don't be sleezy salesmen with your time frames."

"This is our favorite place to stay in Florida. You never have to leave the resort if you don't want to. There's a Starbucks, few restaurants, shop with food, and pools hot tubs and an awesome gym with new equipment. I highly recommend this place"

"Overall I wish I could leave a 4.5 star review. The renovated rooms were great, basic items in the kitchen were missing. Fridge ice machine was not hooked up and had to do it my self. Master bedrooms were great (we stayed in 3 units) secondary room was loud as the windows faced hallway. Plenty of amenities on the resort with many many well taken care of pools. Resort was amazing. Why not 5 stars? $9 for a tube rental on lazy river? Extreme cost of the arcades. People spent tens of thousands of dollars on timeshare and room rates. Common, include things and not buckle and dime people. Not resorts fault but… outside of being “close” to Disney and the pools… there is nothing to do there. Closest beach is 1.5 hours away. One of the “one and done locations” unless you like golf and you’re 70+ years old"

"Stayed in the Orange Lake East resort recently, and it was very nice. Newer remodeled unit. Spacious 2 bedroom deluxe villa. The only complaint would be that there are no lights in the showers and lighting in bathrooms to shave or put makeup on was not bright enough. Maybe a wall mounted lighted mirror would correct that. Well maintained landscaping and friendly staff. Timeshare called daily, to which we didn't answer the phone. When I'm on vacation, I don't want to be bothered with it. I own, so there's no reason to hear information on something I won't be buying."

"These units are apartments, not hotel rooms. They are nice, home away from home units. That means you do your own cooking, laundry and cleaning. Of course, they are part of the resort, so you have access to all of the resort amenities. It is a lovely place to stay."
