"Rented a 3, bedroom condo...168 pompano Beach Dr.. waited over 4 hours to get into the property with my family....Mr.Fernando..took my personal information located in Columbia... after booking through Priceline....all a total scam...the clubhouse employee where you check in.. Monica...had never seen anything like this... trust me a total scam... sheriff department confirmed it as a scam.... please don't rent from these people...ever...."

"The experience of the residents can only be described as average, but I would like to make a few suggestions to help you improve better: the channel of the card reader at the entrance is too narrow, and the glass of the car will be scratched after swiping the card. I just wanted to move my luggage on the first day of check-in When I got down, a snake suddenly came out from the grass next to me. I was in a happy mood, but the journey in the next few days cast a shadow on me! What's even more outrageous is that ants can be seen everywhere from the washing table to the bedroom and bathroom. Although the landlord has placed bait to kill ants on the bed before, it seems to be of no use! There is only one small bar of soap in each bathroom, and only one roll of toilet paper, which is obviously not enough if I live here for a week! The water from the tap is stinky, it's impossible to brush your teeth! There is a small snake swimming in the outdoor private pool all the time! Scared my kids from going swimming!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the townhouse we rented that gave us full access to the resort pool, bar and clubhouse. The location is great as it's reasonably close to Disney and other attractions, shopping and restaurants. The pool was nice and not too busy like some of the other resorts we've stayed at closer to Disney. I took advantage of the small gym which had everything needed for a good workout. Would definitely stay again if and when we're back in Orlando."

"This is a wonderful place for families and snowbirds it is beautiful and clean throughout the community. It’s a very quiet and safe place with 24 guarded gate. Kids and adults have many activities at the clubhouse area Tiki Bar and Restaurant is awesome. Community pool, Beach Volleyball, Shuffle Board, Table Tennis, Basketball Court, Gym , Game Room, Movie Theater,Sauna, Fishing Lake, Hammocks and Other amenities are available. It’s no wonder this an Award Winning Resort with very high Ratings. Many of the Homes have Private Hot Tub Spas. I would highly recommend you check out the Short Term Rental Properties you will not be disappointed if you stay here."
