"If you like living in a dog box, then it's fine. I slept in my car to not get a sinus infection. They could use some urinal cakes up in here. Just disgusting, poor management and just horrible housekeeping methods. I scrubbed for days and it still stunk of urine. Dog urine. Location is perfect."

"This hotel has certainly gone down hill since I stayed here 2 years ago. My husband, friends, myself arrived at 3pm only to be told that our rooms were not ready. My husband and I ended up waiting another 3-4 hours before a room became available. My friend waited 5-6 hours before their room was available. I booked a smoking room and was told there wasn't any avaliable. However our friends got a smoking room after we checked in. After checking in, the hotel manager says, I have to give you a roll of toilet paper because housekeeping didn't put toilet paper in your room. Once we got in our room and tried to rest, someone outside started blaring their car horn which wasn't on and off for an hour. Next morning, when my husband went to use the restroom, the toilet would not flush. He went to the front desk only to find out that no one was there. There was no other staff on the premises that could help us. When they finally opened the manager didn't seem to care that I hadn't been able to use the restroom since 630am. As a courtesy she opened the pool restroom and it was so unsanitary I refused to do my business in there. It also looked like someone kicked in the walls. Someone did #2 in the toilet and didn't flush. You could tell no one had gone in to clean the bathrooms in quite some time. Maintenance didn't come look at my room toilet until 3 hours after I logged the complaint with the front desk. Even after theyso called "fixed"the toilet, it still didn't flush right. Check out day came and as I walked down the stairs from my room, there was vomit on the steps forcing me to jump down from a higher step just to avoid stepping in it. When I got to the front desk to hand in my keys, the hotel staff was talking about how drunk there were and one of the staff members had a cigarette hanging out of their mouth. Overall this place should shut down by the health department."

"Absolutely horrible. When my husband arrived 2 days before Christmas he was told his reservation was canceled and that they didn't know why. It could be re booked for $300 more than the original reservation. He kept pushing and was down graded to another room because the only thing the reception person could think of is that the room was not cleaned and they canceled it. None of that made sense and my husband was tired and didn't want to look for another hotel so he settled. So not stay here if you could avoid it."

"I had a very scary experience, paying for it. The cleanliness of the room was so disgusting that I wasted many times. Also, the biggest problem here is cockroaches. What's more surprising is that people working at the front desk were not at all surprised if they were used to them. The staff who work at the front desk in the evening tried to help us, but that's all. Out of the 12-night itinerary, we gave up staying here in 2 days. I doubt you can call this disgusting and unmanaged place a hotel."
