Grand Hotel Kissimmee at Celebration

"I def would NOT recommend staying here. The google reviews are terrible so they've switched over to airbnb to try get new clients. There are hidden fees for their "breaksfast" which is inedible, literally. The options are: powered eggs, sasuage? disk & rock hard pancakes. The staff is rude like you're asking them to do their job. The shuttle was never explained to me in person I was told to read a piece of paper. The shuttle leaves 1x a day early morning & comes back 1x a day. Even if you don't use the shuttle you still have to pay the hidden fees which are advertised as $12 in the ad, but we're $20. The outside claims you must have a key card to get in but it's left unlocked 24/7 even at 3 am. The place is disgusting & not clean, I could literally write "hi" in the dust left behind. I also found hair & a sequin in my bed sheets, neither which were mine. Theres no comforter on the bed & when asked for a blanket I never even got it. 0/5 stars, never ever again. The ONLY plus is it's close to the parks but not worth the risk of bed bugs."

"So in my particular experience, I loved the fact that we were so close to a strip of a lot of different food and activities. The hotel was clean and there was more than enough parking and lastly there was enough towels and face towels to go around. Now the downside of this place and THERE WERE A LOT!! First off the water in room was Luke warm the whole weekend, when we called about it they told us they'll fix it and never did. The washer and dryer were convenient but $3.00 for both is outrageous. If you were going to charge that much at least make drying free. The breakfast was below average, most of the hot items seemed like they were just warmed up in a microwave and there was no real options. We had fun in our trip but the pictures online are not what they are in person."

"The whole hotel smells like mold from the moment you walk in. We had to have the AC running the entire time just to make the odor somewhat manageable in the room. All the hallways are covered in stained carpet. The water pressure is weak at best and the shower utilizes a curtain instead of glass. For breakfast, the eggs, sausages and pancakes were all inedible. Shuttle buses end early and do not go to Animal or Magic kingdom. At ~$50 a night, you really do get what you pay for sometimes."

"The washer and dryer does not work properly. Was told to use the seat to hold up against the dryer door to keep it going. The water was warm at best, mostly cold showers and the pressure was also like standing in a light sprinkle of rain. Didn’t exist. The breakfast was cold and not good. You can tell it’s an old hotel. The best part is that it is really close to the parks, took us about 5-10 min to get to each park. Do not recommend."
