"If you're able to get a time share here, I definitely recommend it. The rooms are huge. Full kitchen, living room, restrooms. Tbh, it's bigger than my apartment. I wonderful home away from home."

"What a great place! There is so much to do. It's a large property with a very convenient shuttle system to get you around. I would recommend it to any families looking to stay in the area. We stayed by the lazy river, and the place was great. It was clean, well-appointed, and has everything you need to make yourself at home. The staff was very nice. It was our first time here, and everyone we encountered was so helpful."

"I’m not sure how employees can walk in and think this is an acceptable way to let people stay. The bottom drawer is totally broken, and the oven even caused the fire alarm to go off the first time we used it and it was only preheating. The washer in the lock-off (B unit) leaves clothes sopping wet so we had to all take turns in the main unit doing laundry. The microwave filter red light is on as well. We seem to be missing a lot of mugs too, as we only had one larger mug and about ten of the basically shot-glass sized mugs, so we were getting up and down refilling coffee instead of just relaxing. The shower magnet doesn’t work in the B-unit either so you have to be careful otherwise the door will just open while showering. Also, at one point, an employee just walked into our unit while all of us were relaxing in the living room. Claimed he meant to go into the unit across the way. He left our unit and then decided to knock but this time on the correct door across the hall. Slightly horrifying considering there was no warning and reminded us that any employee can just come into our unit with all of our personal belongings. This place has gone very downhill since it was first built. We’ve come just about everywhere and stayed here since it’s opening years ago."

"Very nice property. Our request for bed linens for the sofa bed was delivered on in the promised 15 minutes. The room decor is a bit dated; a refreshing of paint would be advised. The kitchens are very well stocked with useful items. The lazy river and pool area is superbly laid out, with plenty of room and good food and beverage options. One item for those with rooms facing the pool area. The lights around the pool are on all night and there is a bullhorn announcement that the pool is closing. Light sleepers be advised."

"Pool and hammock area was nice. Drinks were good. Food was just ok nothing special. I went on their tour. Person doing the tour was awesome. They would not take no for a answer on the time share. I had a complaint with my room. Was told to scan the qr code and write about it. Was told I would hear from someone from corporate before my tour was over. Never did. Had no type of tub in my room. Mold in the bathroom. No frying pan to cook. Toaster didn't even work. So I will not be going back to this property. I would rather spend the extra money and go to the Westgate resort and spa down the road."
