"The building itself is in disrepair. I have had a leak in my roof for two years that I was told would be repaired in a few weeks. There are homeless and potentially dangerous people breaching the premises regularly. The place smells like garbage because there's inadequate ventilation. It's dirty everywhere."

"My husband and I lived in the Arcade building for 5 years and have nothing but good things to say about the building and management team. The apartments are newly renovated and include a lot of amenities such as one parking spot, heat, water, trash and recycling, etc. the location is ideal if you like to go on runs, walks or bike rides since access to the corning preserve is only a minute from the building. The staff and building management are extremely responsive and accommodating; all of our maintenance requests were addressed within one business day. We loved living here and would recommend it to young professionals!"
