Abraxas at 90 State Apartments

"Abraxas at 90 State Street is a gross and disgusting company. They are managed under the LLC Harmony Mills and haven been under Lincoln property management and currently Willowbridge. Lots of name changes to disguise the deplorable things they do."

"Can't say enough about this place. It is in the old Federal Savings Bank, so it has an AMAZING aesthetic and décor. It's central to everything in Albany, and the units all have awesome open floorplans with top of the line stainless appliances. There are so many other amenities, I can't even name them all here or this would be a novel. And the staff is phenomenal. I had the pleasure of working with Molly, she made the apartment hunting process (which I LOATHE more than almost anything usually) not only painless but actually quick and enjoyable. I can't say enough about this place and the staff, I cannot wait to move in when my unit is ready! By far the coolest complex I've ever even heard of and has the staff to back it up!"

"Abraxas is a one of a kind property. As historically it was an old bank, the future resident amenities and fitness center is something I have never seen in a luxury apartment community, all the while maintaining the historical integrity of the building. The homes are built with excellent high end quality and the appliances in the kitchen are top of the line! The high rise views from the massive windows are memorizing and being literally located in the heart of downtown your in the center of everything. The staff and their attention to detail is truly something to be admired, they made my move in seem less and easy from the phone call to the move in process. Truly a high end luxury experience!"

"We sent an email Monday 5/22/23. Tried to call all day Tuesday 5/23/23 and it doesn't even ring, straight to prerecorded message EVERY single time and then the voicemail. We sent another email 5/24/23 with no reply back. Today, Thursday 5/25/23 I've tried calling several times and same thing -- prerecorded message and then voicemail. Does anyone know what is going on with this place? Drop a comment. I'm 3.5 hours away. Need to speak with an employee, if they have those, before I make the trip there. This is honestly absurd and very weird."
