"We had a few things happen in our apartment I’ve lived here approximately 8 years. The ceiling leaked a pipe burst. Still our ceiling has not been fixed completely. So far the management has let someone into the apartment without notification/someone came in to complete the job and didn’t today someone was in the apartment again to complete the job left the apartment unlocked and left my lights on. Electricity is not included with the rent. Again the ceiling is not complete. My rent was paid early if I had known I would have held until the work really was complete. I’m starting not to believe any good reviews."

"When I called just over a year ago they told me the wait time was a year and a half. So I called just now to see how close I was, and the person that I spoke with, Kevin, told me the wait time was now close to 3 years. So I tried to get a word in edgewise, but he wasn't having any part of it. Finally, I was able to get across that when I spoke with them and they told me a year and a half. I made plans accordingly. Now, when they switch it to three years, they should have told people that were already on the list about the doubling of the wait time. So what happens at 3 years? They switch it to six? I would give them a zero star if possible, base solely on a lack of communication. I can only imagine what it's like once you get in. If they don't pick up the phone, how do you handle things? Pathetic."
