"This was probably one of the worst experiences as a college student, dealing with these guys!! Jim and his little buddy Asaf are as close as it gets to scam artists. Even though students are trying to find a house in a college town, it doesn’t mean you can take advantage of anyone whenever you’d like. When I moved into my house on Hudson ave right in front of the elderly home, I would walk into a house of horror. Animal feces everywhere, grime, dirt, dead animals. Anything you can think of was in this house, and the funniest part is we paid a cleaning fee, that was apparently “cleaned and taken care of” prior to moving into the unit. Jim is as slick as they come and will do anything to make a buck. My buddy on the club baseball team also had them and told me a story about how the pipes burst in the basement leaking sewage water throughout the house due to a “maintenance fix”, no compensation for that either. Oh and they practically steal your security deposit and charge you for ANOTHER cleaning fee at the end of the year. So my suggestion to any students looking for a house, do not go with Jerusalem Management."

"Jim was very helpful when my friends and I were trying to find a house off campus! We ended up with a much better house than we could've imagined and are really enjoying it so far. If we ever need anything fixed, maintenance is quick to respond."

"DON"T GIVE LANDLORDS MONEY BEFORE YOU SIGN A LEASE!!!! IT"S A BAD DEAL. I went here to avoid paying for the price of the dorm at UAlbany. The apartments are shabby and worn down, there were broken windows and sunken in smashed stairs-- it's an unsafe place to live in. Live in the dorms, way more streamlined and safe, plus you'll be able to get into the campus WAAAY EASIER. It'll cost more, but it'll be worth it to avoid the headache. Plus the college won't hound you for money, they'll expect you to pay for the debt after graduation, sometimes once you start a job and the loans have a low interest rate (lower than the inflation, so it should be very stable) so don't be scared."

"Have been a tenant in current apartment for almost 11 years and will continue to renew! Exceptional living conditions and the company addresses any problems within a minimal time frame ( though any work orders I requested were and are minimal ). I previously rented another apartment with the same results for two years. I highly suggest renting from this company for the staff is amazing, concerned, compassionate and helpful in all matters."
