"Despite trying to promote their safety to the tenants they home. These evil doers do not fix mold, infestations, broken utilities for the vulnerable people they try to home. If you are thinking of living here or sending a family member here. Rethink your plan. They will drain your money and yell at your family to back off. They want money and don't want to give anything in return."
"The transformer box in the parking lot plays a high pitched frequency at random hours and it’s louder than the apocalypse. Living adjacent to this thing has made me consider burning my social security card and living off the grid on numerous occasions."
"Its a great place to live in Albany very nice apartments. Takes section 8, housing authority, military, jewish, russian, and disabled/seniors. However its does not have nice people. There has already been gunshots outside...college kids, drinking, seniors who are not so nice, tattletaing seniors, big scary pets, very strict management, bed bugs, mice, floors that are not fixed and people who still use candles and smoke in house when its not allowed. The rent goes by your income so everyone here pays something different for rent. It has a nice garden, your own mail box. You can have your pets with a fee. There are no young people here..."
