"This is a family-run business. That you get in section 8 base rent only within the unit. You cannot travel with it but I'm some exceptions. It is in a good location where all the buses of CTA run but warning the location is not very pleasant there's a lot of drugs and crime.in the surrounding area but it's okay if you can handle it. The people here are from all different areas of life and I didn't really prefer it I'm not happy here and now other things are happening because of her certain rules. Of the property manager of k. Henson. There's a lot of things that are not stated in the lease such as audio and visual cameras within the building. But if you don't mind this... You are welcome to apply here. There is no air conditioning in the units you have to supply that on your own. The electric in hot water is included. Is very little parking within the complex area parking is hard to find."
"This place is infested with roaches, many tenants are active addicts. So much so extra security is hired for the 1st and 3rd of the month because of all the traffic and padt apartment robberies. You think senior housing, you think quiet, clean just the opposite. Loud music starting in the morning to late at night. Constant cracks smoking right in the street. Always hear gun shots. "In 2018 I moved here. In my opinion it is not condo. But it is a rather nice place to reside. This complex is senior housing for individuals over the at the age of 55 yrs old. Close to buses. Wheelchair accessible. But as covid-19 has intruded into all our lives. Please as suggestion to understand the complete details of this deadly pandemic down load the CDC APP. PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW THE REAL DETAILS BUT THEY DO"
"The residents are not supposed to feed the squirrels are the South Mall Towers. The manager has spoken to this woman what did what she was told not to do. And believe me I take pictures of everything I see everything go on trust me I'm like scoping you out. This is a nice complex to reside at. The CDTA buses are all available close by. The Greyhound bus station is only about 3 blocks away from South Mall towers. Your rent is only 30% of your income. You must be 55 or disable to live here"
