Capitol Green Apartments

"Quiet, well priced and local to everything that you could need. I'm a fan. I was living in Latham and paying $1,000 a month for rent. I'm now far more centrally located to everything fun and rent is so low as to almost be an afterthought. Wish I had moved in years ago. But everything in its time I suppose. For the most part, people are cordial and mind their business. The facilities are clean and well kept. The horror stories have not been my experience. Sometimes the building does go down to one elevator, but this has not been a daily occurrence. I am pleased."

"The worst place to live.they don't fix anything cockroches everywhere. They have the maintenance running the building. Druggie everywhere in the building i regret moving in there. Not a safe area to live one elevator working at all times."

"Place is crawling with drug addicts, sex offenders, drug dealers, ex cons and just unsavory people in general. The cops are called literally every night, as are fire trucks and ambulances. Some homelessness recovery programs even refuse to work with them because of the environment is to risky to house clients in. Its affordable and maintenance staff are good but it's by far the worst apartment complex in albany."
