"This place was decent when we first moved in, now a complete mess. The neighbors constantly leave garbage in front of the building despite the maintenance guy ( Henry”s best efforts.) There’s always something going wrong from broken mailboxes to no hot water. You can not get anyone helpful when you call security for anything, it almost like they’re reading from a script when they answer your question."

Our new and talented maintenance manager Chris Garcia exemplifies what customer service is all about putting the last management and there practices is the dust. First let’s talk about attitude EastChester could have not have picked a nicer and more genuine person to hire. Chris Garcia is very courteous, he has made me and my family feel very comfortable and treats us with the upmost respect. Chris follows up and Ensures that work done. Chris is very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and responded to all my maintenance issues very quickly. He was able to resolve all my maintenance problem within a matter of min. "Just to inform you that Chris the maintenance manager and Medina the leasing manager went above and beyond to meet our needs. They kept in contact with me and my family on every move daily. "Sadly it is true. The place is horribly infested with roaches, water bugs and mice. Thank God I did not live there long enough to see any rats. I was shown an apartment that was accessible only through a tunnel where you exited into a small circular courtyard where I am certain the sunlight never made it into. It was the only way in or out of that cluster of building entrances. I told the person showing me the place that I would not feel safe walking through that tunnel at night. She told me I could always get security to walk me through the tunnel. Really? Every night?!! I opted to take a street entrance apartment, which by the way was the last one I was shown. Let me mention the street party that began every Friday night with people drinking and music so loud the glass panes in my windows vibrated and I could feel the percussion of it under my feet and in my head. I was just insane!! The party did not end until Sunday morning. I was there only 6 months but it was longest of my life. Did I mention the heat? It was 85 degrees in my apartment all winter long!! One woman who lived on the 5th floor in the building had a conversation with me and said how do you like your apartment, I said it’s 85 degrees everyday. She said please don’t complain or they’ll turn the heat down. On the day I moved out there was a couple who were on the same block with a moving truck. The man looked at me and said you’re moving out of this whacked place too? Just unbelievable but true. For the money they are asking you can live in a much better environment. They need much improvement."
