"So I was one of the people who gave the management company an excellent review and I have to say that I regret it. Linda Hernandez is the worse manager! She is unprofessional and doesn’t return your call. I have called the office multiple times and never get a response or call back. They do not like to accept rental assistance programs because I have a recording of them not wanting to. I have no heat or hot water in my apt and I am tired of calling 311!!!!! Do not rent from these people."
"Absolutely appalled with this management company. I live in one of their buildings. It's bad. They hire 99¢ workers to fix things, if that's what you call what they do. We have leaks all the time. Manager doesn't even come to the building. They don't return calls, we've gone thru numerous supers that do absolutely nothing. Building is full of drugs and hoodlums that hangout and drink, party and sell drugs, and they're not even tenants, elevator is always broken, people always getting stuck in the elevator until FDNY shows up. Management won't even acknowledge the problems here. They treat the tenants like trash. Our building was never, ever this bad until langsam took over being the property management company. Don't rent from them! They're horrible"
"They do not put the heat on for tenants and we pay for heat in our rent. They do not answer the phone. They do not follow up with tenants requesting parking. It's not okay and it adds frustration to the lives of hardworking people. Hopefully my many voicemails will be returned soon"

"Although they have affordable apartments, the living conditions are unbearable. I have a three-year-old son in bed trying to get things fixed in my apartment for the longest since I’ve moved here and I have gotten no response from this office and no effort to come fix the issues from there being mold in the bathroom and peeling paint from my bottom lock not even working."
