"I loved living here for almost three years. It’s clean, well maintained, and the building’s management is fantastic plus very friendly. They have events such as movie night. There is an amazing gym down stairs which I fell in love with, a well maintained laundry room (plus an ability to go across the street to another laundry room), a courtyard, and a community room for events plus holiday eating served by the building. They accept low income, formerly homeless adults plus families, and people with programs. You also can break your lease at any time and they are willing to work with you on most things. Good luck and I wish you the best in living here. :) There are plenty of stores nearby and it’s only a 10-20 minute ride to the D or B train and the 5 train. I highly recommended it!"
