"I like the Management here, Berkley is always available if we need something. We have been here almost 2 years and only one crisis when a pipe broke, but John was there and spent hours helping us remove water. It is a small apartment perfect for a starter home. The pool is a good one for the family. It's a quiet place and we have Great neighbors. I'd recommend it. William is a great person to work with too. We stayed 3 years. Lots of families and kids playing."

"I lived here for 2 years and it’s time to go, I enjoyed the neighborhood and sense of community among neighbors. I don’t enjoy the constant rent raising, I don’t believe the apartments are worth what they are asking. Berkeley, the property manager has always been very helpful, attentive, fair, and nice. I don’t know if she’s still with the company or not but I would like to note how great she was to me during my time there. Cockroaches are a constant problem that I had to deal with in the apartment. The complex does spray and treat but they never seem to go away, oh well. They do offer ‘renovated’ units but take that word with a grain of salt, the units are nicer but use cheap vinyl flooring, cheap paint that makes it hard to clean walls and only the downstairs for me was the new flooring, the stairs were still carpet which looked pretty weird and the upstairs is still old hardwood that’s way past it’s prime. Also, if you vouch to rent a washer and dryer, they are tiny units that actually go in one of the bedrooms which is an awful design. Maintenance has always been pretty good here and even replaced my hot water heater and my AC unit, both had a lot of issues but all were resolved promptly. My biggest gripe with the complex is the residents who do not pick up after there pets, the kids who leave there stuff everywhere, and the trash that residents leave around. People need to have more respect for their homes and community. Management needs to crack down on it if possible. Overall chester townhomes isn’t a bad place to live, but people aren’t gonna stick around long when the rent just keeps going up. It’s not like they aren’t making a killing as it is."

"Overpriced for what they offer. Usually have problems with maintenance with leaks in the pipes and hvac problems aplenty. They raise the price every single year for no reason, just to keep stealing money from you. It's not worth the hassle."

"Current resident, very quiet and laid back neighborhood for most of the time. Apartments are older but maintained does their best with what they have. Very dog friendly location."
