"DON'T COME!!! I REPEAT DON'T COME!!! BAD Communication. Can NEVER get anyone on the phone. They slap a band aid over everything that needs to be fixed. PEST IS TERRIBLE. RENT IS RIDICULOUS FOR TENANTS when they are not getting what they need to be done to their unit. Management keeps changing every week they don't care. As long as they are within whatever guidelines they are supposed to be in a month or whatever."
"Stove has not been working for over 2 weeks, apparently that isn’t considered an emergency or a reasonable accommodation.This property continues to move in new people although there is not enough maintenance guys to complete work orders for current tenants! Wouldn’t recommend living here long term. Forgot to mention the problem with mice that we have to treat on our own."
"I liked broadwater at first. I liked that they are quiet & it’s better than the living situation I was coming from. When I first moved out here I was told I was set to be charged a set rent but I haven’t been out here a whole year yet & my rent is going up which I been paying the amount that it’s going up to because they been charging me separate bills. I believe it’s new staff in the office because I never saw them before but I talked to one about it & all I got was it was a rent increase. The only thing I don’t like is how they charge for everything and keep going up when the rent is already high as idk what."
"Not the same at all! Keep getting new management, everyone tells you something different. The amenities suck. No gym. The pool isn’t open. The park isn’t a park. Nothing really for the kids to do. The maintenance half fix anything that needs to be done and will tell you need a vendor but nobody ever comes. It use to be so great thanks to Morgan(she actually cares) new manager Sonya is rude and will rush you off the phone."
