"Me and my family have been living here for some years now and since we have been here I can honestly say it has not been a good experience. It seems as if there is always something going wrong with the apartment and every time we bring the issue to the people in the office, they are not really doing anything about it. The people in the office are just giving hopeless promises to their tenants without actually doing their jobs."

"I lived here for a brief 3 months, but I really enjoyed my time here and was comfortable. I originally chose this complex because of their responsiveness. When I was apartment hunting, I had contacted probably a dozen complexes in the area and Hyde Park was the only one to respond to me in a timely and regular manner. I have always appreciated that about the Hyde Park office staff. During the leasing and move-in process, Patricia in particular made a huge difference. My husband is in the military and this was my first time doing a military-related lease. So I'll admit I didn't really know what I was doing and didn’t provide quite the right information to the employee I had worked with over the phone to get the best lease for my situation. Patricia was at the office and was the one to help me when I arrived to pick up my keys. Instead of doing the easy thing and simply handing me my keys, she thoroughly looked over my lease and asked all the right questions to make sure things were just right. She explained that we should add the clause for military families, and we went over the rates and length of lease again. After going through all of this in detail with Patricia, the lease I ended up with was much more favorable for me in my particular situation. HUGE thanks to Patricia for taking the time to make sure things are just right! She really knows what she is doing and I can see she is really passionate about providing a good experience for Hyde Park residents. Patricia worked diligently to put the new lease together as quickly as possible. Afterwards, we walked through the apartment to check the condition, there were a few maintenance concerns that I had. She followed up very quickly on that as well. Maintenance came by and some other work needing done was promptly scheduled. The maintenance guys here are very responsive and friendly! As for the community, it’s a beautiful complex. I’ll echo what some other reviewers have said in that there are some residents who kind of trash it (literally, people put their trash everywhere but where it belongs). This is really unfortunate, but I do think that management does a good job of curbing it however they can. My apartment was spacious, comfortable and the kitchen was up to date. I don't have a dog, but I thought the dog park (with a doggo agility course!) and playground were a great perk. Loved the fact that I had my own washer/dryer. This complex has both apartments and townhomes. The apartments are situated directly underneath the townhomes and almost all of them are partially underground—kind of like little hobbit holes. It’s pretty cute! All in all, I would recommend Hyde Park!"

"I live at 12627 ben fry drive going on my second year. I really love this place. I had some repairs that had me upset but the staff act fast on mine. I had late payments due to job loss and Samatha assisted me and gave me time to pay not once taking me to court. I am a current tenent the office staff have always been helpful..I will continue to renew untill i buy a house. I LOVE IT here.most of all the conceirge service for packages. The area is safe never had any issues give it a try you wont regret it"

"Fantastic community that is quiet and reasonably priced. Good walking routes, children play areas and of course the pool. The staff and maintenance are exceptionally quick to respond. An overall great experience; especially for us military folks looking for a nice place to live!"
