"They’re so patient that’s for sure, I know I’ve called pretty much about everything and they’ve been so kind and patient. Big shout out to Yari for answering any and all my questions I had. Can’t wait to move in and be apart of the community!"
"I have been happy for the most part. Everyone here is very friendly, they just renovated all of the apartments which look nice but the complex has been renovating since I moved here a year ago. The downfalls are the fact that they just raised our rates (mid-lease) and none of the amenities are available! They said the pool would be ready by July 4, but it’s still not open! the laundry facility, club house nor the gym have been open all year! I’m not even sure if they will ever open again, no info has been provided to us except the rates increasing! The website & pictures are very misleading!"
"I would like to thank the property manager at Grand Oaks Senior Apartment Homes. They help me find the perfect place to call Homes. The application process was so easy. They just don't know what they did for me. After losing my husband a month ago. I need to find somewhere to move to be closer to my family. Grand Oaks was my first choice. I had been looking at their homes and plus I have two friends that live there also. They assured me that it was the best place for me. The homes and the community were quiet and they knew I would love to be there as much as they do. Thank you Grand Oaks management for welcoming me to be a part of your wonderful community."
"I like everything about the community. The only issue I have is the parking. I believe it will help a lot if parking is assigned to residents. This will prevent visitors from parking in the residents parking slots. The parking spaces should have the unit number on them to prevent other residents who have multiple vehicles from taking all the spaces from other residents."
