"Online and on the outside of the store it says they open at 10:00AM on weekdays, but they don’t. I needed a pair of jeans and left work so I could get there at 10:00am and make it back to the office. I waited outside the store until 10:25am, and it didn’t look like they were anywhere close to ready to open. If you aren’t ready to open until 11:00am, please update your hours! Planned my whole day around this, and had to leave."
"Unprofessional. Pick up order was supposed to be ready within two hours. Called and they said it would be available the next day, 24 hours later. Does not follow corporate policies. I understand the difficulties of being short staffed, but this is unacceptable. Manager could also be nicer and more competent."
"Great customer service, they didn't have the size I needed for jeans the other day so they shipped for free. Today a hoodie wasn't available in the size I needed amd they are shipping that as well free of charge, EXCELLENT customer service!"
"Great American Eagle store with a nice selection in both men's and women's clothing. I prefer to search on their website for particular pieces and finding them in-store to help save time. The staff is nice and helpful. During their big sales it can sometimes get disorganized inside of the store, but on occasion you can find a hidden gem inside heaps of clothing."
