Incredibly knowledgeable, it was perhaps the best informed experience I’ve ever had. Felt like having personal time with a podiatrist or trainer. Truly exceptional in every way. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Footnote: I used to wear NB990’s for well over the past decade as a distance walker. After spending time and recommendations by staff, switched to the Hoka, Gaviota-4.
