"This is related to my online shopping experience. Ann Taylor mailed a coupon which was invalid. Their customer service had me wait for the longest time in any chat and still could not resolve it. The cloths are always overpriced anyway. Thumbs down AT!!"

"My friend has a important interview that she found out about last second and didn’t have and clothes for it. We had been going from store to store with little luck to a fit that looked nice on her. In the past I have been to Ann Taylor’s with my mom for business clothing so I recommended it to her. We arrived at the store 15 minutes to close and from the start of our experience Amy greeted us was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the styles available. My friend was able to find the pants that look amazing on her body shape and made her feel confident and ready for her interview and we can’t thank Amy enough her help and patience since we ended being in the store past closing time. Excellent location friendly staff will be returning. Huge kudos to Amy!!"

"Okay so this is ridiculous. This is the second time that I have visited this store and the same woman assisted me at the counter. The first time she offered me the option of an email or print receipt and I asked for an email receipt She just gave me a blank look as if she didn't understand what I asked for. she then stated that she had already completed the purchase and could not send the receipt by email. It was clear to me that although she gave me the option she had no idea what she was offering Today I visited that store and tried to purchase a dress which was on sale at 50 percent off The dress was 139.00 I told her that it was 50 percent off..Same lady same blank look. She then repeated that it was what the computer said..I suggested that we walk over to look at the sign which clearly stated 50 percent off, She then came back to the register took out a calculator and proceeded to take I kid you not well over 15 min to try and figure out what was 50 percent of 139.00, It was clear that she really had no idea how to determine the price. By that time I had it . Ann Taylor please do better That was ridiculous either hire people with sufficient skills to communicate appropriately with customers and be able to divide by two or just close down Good grief"

"Silver Diner - BWI airport. Early morning breakfast before my flight. Surprisingly large restaurant for an airport, was seated quickly, with plenty of space at the counter. The food was as expected. Hot, and tasty. Coffee was far too bitter even with 6 creams. And the main reason I am giving only a 2-star is bc I had to ask for a spoon to stir my coffee, silverware to eat with and when I asked for silverware, after my food arrived… the waitress came back with plastic to go Utensils. I had to specifically request for regular flatware. Overall it serves its purpose."

"I usually wouldn’t write a review for a chain retail store but I honestly could not have had a more pleasant experience at this Ann Taylor yesterday. Sarah and Linda were the kindest, most attentive associates. They made themselves available to help and offered great suggestions. I watched Linda help a teenager choose a pantsuit for homecoming, and offer well-received sizing advice. Both Sarah and Linda made the shopping experience during this crazy time in our society so wonderful."
