Under Armour Brand House

"My senior citizen dad came in today 12/21/23 and asked for a loose fit shirt. The two sales people were just rude to him as if they couldn’t understand what he’s saying. They were short with him— told him there’s “no loose fit”. Pls train your staff proper customer service."

"Stopped by today to this Under Armour Brand House in Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, MD today. This has been updated from the previous store here in the mall, and the new look is outstanding. Greeted when we arrived by a sales associate who was eager to help us find what we needed and answer any questions we had. Everything is well organized and labeled and grouped so it is a good customer experience. Large selection of items, and lots to choose from. Had the opportunity to try on some shoes, and the sales associate was proactive bringing me several sizes and styles given the particular shoe size I needed was not in stock. This enabled me to try on the shoe and they could order it and have it shipped directly to my house at no extra charge. Great job explaining everything to me, although I decided in the long run not to purchase shoes today. Overall a great store to visit with fantastic employees. Enjoy!"

"It was a wonderful experience being there only because of Kevin who is a footwear expert from Texas. We were only planning to get a pair of shoes. Because of him we ended up getting 3 pairs and the reason being he is so knowledgeable. He spent time in making us understand the science behind picking the right shoes for our feet and we were amazed by the way he spoke about every detail about the types of shoes Under Armour is bringing out. I wish there were more people like him in the stores to educate the customers. He was simply impressive!!"

"Great customer service. Found exactly what I have been looking for a backpack that opens like a suitcase. It was a Project Rock backpack but the employee was honest and told me that given my petite height that the backpack was too big for me and did not look good. Usually some associates will have you buy whatever just to make a sale but he was honest. I felt bad to just leave empty handed so I ended buying a water bottle and an under amour mask. However, I was not happy with being followed by a tall African American male employee throughout the store and I am African female and I was willing to pay $130 for a backpack so I knew I could afford it."
