"The staff was horrible at Westfield Montgomery location. All they cared about was hitting their quota. We were buying things and they just added stuff without telling us how much it was. Luckily Malo, from the Westfield Wheaton location, was super helpful. If the Wheaton location wasn't there to help, I would've driven an hour to the next location just to avoid dealing with the opportunistic staff at Westfield Montgomery. We will never go back to the Montgomery Mall/Bethesda location again. The people you've hired in Bethesda are shady and should be looked into. Apparently this is not the first time this has happened. Disappointing experience."
"Jake makes the shopping experience in this store amazing! He has the most incredible personality and makes great conversation. I was shopping on one of the busiest days and he was so friendly, kind and helpful. Jake delivered an incredible customer service experience which is so rare these days. All my daughters friends who shop in this store talk about Jake all the time. Zumiez is truly lucky to have this one of a kind, great guy."
