"If I could give this place 0 stars I totally would, normally I have no issues shopping at an aerie but this one had their vibes all off, the customer service was garbage and it felt so unwelcoming that I left without buying a thing. I would recommend putting your money elsewhere for sure."

"This place is absolutely atrocious! I went in to return a simple item. Not having my receipt, I asked to look up through my card. This woman who seemed to hold an authoritative position was extremely hostile and demanded that I create an aerie account. Can a person shop without being harassed?! These little girls who work here are absolutely unprofessional. Everyone here has an attitude and is extremely unaware of their responsibilities. Corporate needs to educate their employees on costumer service and lax on pushing unnecessary memberships."
"Went in to look around and found a cute scarf on sale 60% off. I get a call from my boyfriend who was trying to find me inside the mall, so I go to the store entrance and wait so he can see me (scarf still in hand). Once he finds me I walk away from the entrance and am surrounded by 2 associates and a woman who I assume was the manager. At this point I could tell they thought I was going to steal the $11 scarf. The woman who seemed to be playing manager asked to hold onto the scarf until I was ready to check out. It was condescending and unpleasant. Not that it matters, but I didn't even want the scarf at that point."
