"My favorite store but not too many good selections anymore"

"Stay Away from this store & its shady sales associates!! Just attempted to return 2 items + exchange a third & the sales associate charged me an extra $40 on the exchange without letting me know, overdrafting my bank account! She said the price I paid could have been honored if I asked her to, yet had never told me she was charging me more in the first place. Said I could call customer service & cancel it, called while still in the mall, & customer service could not resolve this issue. Save your money and shop at a store that respects its customers like Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, or Abercrombie & Fitch. Never shopping here again!"

"Incompetent employees. Charged me $40 on a RETURN??!? No possible way to get my money back. Your money is better used gambling on horse racing and the hotdog eating contest. Good day."

"Walked in and wasn't greeted. No one person helped me or my friends. This is the second time I have been in and treated rudely. I was literally ghosted by the sales people. I am a frequent shopper of Free People and clearly this store does not want my business. Every person they helped did not purchase anything. I had few things to purchase. Why are the sales people so rude at a store that seems to inclusive. Do not waste you time."

"Good customer service. Friendly and helpful. Nice selection of unique clothes. I got lucky that someone had returned a jumper I saw online in my size. Too bad they didn't have it in the store. It is advertised a lot online and someone else asked for it after I got it. Otherwise good experience."
