"This store told us that our United Healthcare benefits card was the problem when they scanned it and the balance was $0. After going home and checking online the balance was the full amount we get every month. The manager had no imagination for how this could be a store problem. He didn’t even type in the card code. To him, it was a card problem and not something he was going to put any effort into solving. Shameful. I recommend taking your business to a more competent team, if you’re able to."
"This is a review solely of the self check out system. If you plan to buy a large amount of groceries and aren't there during peak hours to use a regular lane just go somewhere else. The self check out is so intrusive with warnings about placing and removing items from the bagging area that it can easily take 10+ minutes to bag your items. Extremely frustrating, complete waste of time. The employees will helpfully reset the warnings for you (needed to be done twice during my checkout last two times Ive been here). None of the other chains I shop at have this issue."
"The place is clean and has a lot of food, though the price is a bitter expensive. As other have mentioned, the short African American lady at the customer service desk was very rude to people who are not white. Not sure why she had such a attitude again non-white clients. She is also minority, though she might not think so. The company shall do something about their culture."
"Easily one of the best giants in the nova area. Their hot buffet bar and salad bar is the best i’ve ever been to at a giant store. So many selections. I go there multiple times a week. Does not ever disappoint."
"This is a Gourmet Giant. It is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It has wine and beer to purchase but not after midnight. Since it is across the street from Total Wine it must compete on its pricing. It has a large variety of foods. It has dedicated rows of international foods as well. Store includes an instore pharmacy and bakery."
