"Love the Nordstrom service. Employees for the most part are very attentive. At least in the women & beauty department. The children’s shoe section not that much. But once you get someone’s attention they are very friendly. Love the details Nordstrom has for the kids like the fish tank, the coloring table, and all the kids get a free balloon."
"Had to go pick up a couple pair of men's shoes for an upcoming Europe trip . While trying on shoes, I could barely hear my self think as I was surrounded by employees who was idly standing by and having a good ole' time chatting away and laughing as if they were at a cocktail party for about over 30 minutes. My sales person did his job and while I paid, I noticed that the trash can was overflowing and half eaten chocolate bar was on the counter. Yes, Wednesday night is slow but clean up or pretend to do something other than turn Nordstrom mens shoe department as their cocktail lounge. This is why folks would rather shop on line. Train better, how I miss the old Nordstrom where customer service was above par."
"This location is in Tysons Corner mall. Tysons is the best mall in the area by far! If you park in the C parking lot your entrance is right there! This store has amazing clothes for men and women. The best shoe department in any store and lots of mostly great employees. If you need clothes! This is a great choice! Easy access! Friendly people and good service. Have fun shopping here!"
"Nordstrom is a shop of a special nature, which contains most of the famous brands in clothes, shoes, household appliances, and sportswear. Of course, if you buy from this store, you have the money because the prices are official and high, but in May and October, you will have some discounts. I visited the Tyson Mall branch Divided into three floors, you will see everything you want to see from international brands, but the important thing is whether you can buy it or not. And there is a section for everything related to beauty products"
"I shop at Nordstrom’s quite frequently but for my 35th birthday I gifted myself these $795 earrings. I am truly in love! I get so many compliments when in wear them. Money well spent. If you’re debating, please get them, you won’t be disappointed."
