"Offensively expensive yet they don't have enough money to fix the escalator from the 2nd floor down to the 1st? The people are nice enough and the store is clean but very little in the way of stock and it sort of feels like they're phoning it in. For example, all the shelves have labels that say, "shelf." And not nice labels, either. It's like they only used the very end of labeling tape, the striped part that tells you it's time to install a new roll. Anyway, really disappointing."

She really went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with an item I was on the fence about purchasing due to a small tear in the back.
