"Offensively expensive yet they don't have enough money to fix the escalator from the 2nd floor down to the 1st? The people are nice enough and the store is clean but very little in the way of stock and it sort of feels like they're phoning it in. For example, all the shelves have labels that say, "shelf." And not nice labels, either. It's like they only used the very end of labeling tape, the striped part that tells you it's time to install a new roll. Anyway, really disappointing."
"Great selection of merchandise, great sales too! Lena Kim was extremely helpful from placing items in the fitting room to offering her suggestions when I asked for her opinion. She really went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with an item I was on the fence about purchasing due to a small tear in the back. She offered to have it sewn up at no cost and it was completed with no flaws in mere minutes! Amazing service, I cannot say enough. I sincerely appreciated her genuine kindness and assistance. In addition to the selection of items available, Bloomingdale's has great service."

"Beautiful store, just what you expect at Bloomingdales. Houses the LV and Gucci stores, carries almost all big brands. Staff is helpful, cosmetics section is a little cornered because of the construction work going on."
