"The lack of customer service every time I’ve shopped at this location is surprising even for urban’s poor reputation. This last time shopping, three employees finally looked up from their conversation after a few minutes of me being the only person in line and just stared at me. The cashier was rude and still managed to leave security tags on one of the 3 items purchased."
"I love shopping online at Urban, but the in-store experience isn't my favorite. I did an in-store pickup once but it took longer than shopping in-store myself would have. I got an email that my order was ready, but when I went to pick it up I was told they were still putting my order together and ended up waiting longer. I would highly recommend not doing in-store pickup."
