The food he just made from it is phenomenal. There isn’t a time that I go to galleria and don’t stop at sur la table. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they’re all so knowledgeable about all cookware and products they sell!"
"Visiting Galleria yesterday we popped into Sur La Table and looked at the many Thanksgiving special plates and dishes well laid out. There were lots of other items fir the house and my relatives picked up a few. Nice to see Thanksgiving crackers. First time I have seen those."
"Such a beautiful store, the Dreamland for kitchen lovers. Prices are higher when compared to other kitchen supplies but the quality reflects that. If an item is sold out, you can make orders from the store and it will be shipped to any address. Enjoy the experience."
"One of the worst decisions I made in 2021 was buying an Espresso machine from Sur La Table. The machine is Espressione Concierge and is pictured below. Slightly after two months of receiving the machine, it stopped working and fell totally apart. Contacted Sur La Table and they told me to call the vendor. Called the vendor and they refused to even replace it and told me I should have bought the warranty. I am disappointed that Sur La Table is involved in selling such lousy products that I would have never bought if it was sold somewhere else. Also disappointed in the lack of accountability from Sur La Table and from the vendor and the very poor customer service. Moving forward, I will think many times before stepping a foot in a Sur La Table store or buying anything from their website."
