"Tommy Bahama Bethesda feedback: We live in Alexandria, VA. I vowed never again to go back to the Tommy Bahama in Tyson’s. Every time we go the staff is terrible. I even wrote customer service. They responded basically, sorry please come again. I found that extremely unacceptable. I really gave up on Tommy Bahama completely. Later I realized there is another location in Bethesda, MD. It is completely pathetic we have to drive over 20 miles to buy what we want, although we have the last 3 times strictly for customer service. We don’t like to buy online as we prefer to try clothes on. All staff at the Bethesda location are pleasant. Jonah has helped us numerous times. And he is exceptional. These 5 star scores are strictly for the Bethesda location."
"Every time we come here we are always greeted by a friendly and wonderful staff! I really appreciate Raven today for going above and beyond to help me find the right bathing suit for me and her thoughtfulness to bring in many options, because there are many similar bathing suits, and the intention was to save me the hassle of putting on and taking off clothes over and over. That right there really made me feel so taken care of as a shopper. Thank you Raven!"

"The manager is awesome! Everyone is so nice. The store smells really good from the oil diffusers that are in the middle of the store. It is super chill in the store, very vacationy. The clothes are really comfy. Unfortunately there isn't a large selection of women's clothes but there's still a good amount of cute things. Would recommend if you're looking for beachy comfy clothes."
