"Applied about a month ago on March 26th after a tour which I believed went really well. I expressed how interested I was and how much I liked the new apartments. Never heard back if it was approved or denied. Sent numerous emails, voicemails, even went to the leasing office and left my name and number. No one ever answered or got back to me about anything after paying $70 for an application fee. My lease ends in less than two weeks and still never got a response."
"Moving into this apartment complex in about a month. The property manager was very helpful, fast responses and overall great experience. The woman in the leasing office, Lisa, is always very friendly and very helpful. The whole process of moving into a new apartment was very easy and simple with the help of a great staff. The apartments are newly renovated with new kitchens/appliances with nice new bathrooms along with new floors and paint. I am looking forward to living here."
