"This entire hotel needs to be updated. The rooms are very musty, old and dirty. The heaters are very loud. No noise mitigation and the doors are so heavy you hear them slamming all night. There was a sports team here and the partying was pretty bad. The shower barely had pressure. It was like college dorms."

"Emily and the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn were amazing this past weekend for our wedding. Emily was extremely responsive and helpful with setting up a room block. Our guests were all very happy with service and cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were great about directing our guests to shuttles and even provided us a congratulations card/champagne!! We are so grateful and can’t recommend them enough! Thank you Emily and Staff!"

"I was very disappointed overall. We stayed for 2 days to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The dining room where we were hosting the party was beautiful, however I had to request the carpet be vacuumed before my guest arrived as there was food all around the table we were set to use. We ran out of toilet paper our first night in the room. We requested more wash clothes and towels and never received the wash clothes. I had to have several keys made as they kept malfunctioning and we couldn’t get in the room. The pool area was not cleaned the two days we were there, bathroom garbage full to capacity, and my daughter was stuck on the toilet in the pool area for 10- 15 minutes because that bathroom too had run out of tissue and it took forever for someone to come down to bring it to us. Lastly, the final morning of our stay, I was using the bathroom early in the morning and was greeted by a freakin’ ROACH!!! I tried calling downstairs several times with no answer before sending my husband down to inform the staff. I packed all of our belongings after thoroughly shaking everything out and put all of our belongings in my vehicle. I reported to the front desk to hand in my key and ensure there was a note left on our stay about the insect. I was told I would be contacted by the manager and compensated in some way on our stay. Here we are a week later and I was charged full price and never received a follow up call from anyone."
