"Hands down my best renting experience the price is obviously insanely nice and you’ll literally never have to worry about anything they handle trash removal all utilities and everything’s basically keyless(you get a card for the front entry door and your apartment door comes with a 4 digit lock code that you personalize when you move in) the only knock I had on this place was the internet was like 12mbps which is barely enough to play and stream but just this week they had the internet provider upgrade the speeds. The only other downfall is the walls are pretty thin between apartments but not dividing your bedroom and kitchen so you’ll only have the chance to deal with noise if your neighbor is hanging out in their living room while you’re in bed, or vice versa. 10/10 place to live though and everyone’s super friendly I know I’m gonna sound like a typical Caucasian right now but seeing my neighbors is always something I look forward to, heavy college dorm vibes."
