Vandenburgh Place Apartments

"Not a college frat place, diverse group of tenants, my daughter and son both have apartments in the complex, with my daughter there for a few years before my son. I feel good w them there. The apartments are very nice, have to admit maintenance takes a while, that could use a nudge but otherwise it's a safe, friendly place to live."

"Maintenance rarely knows what they are doing if they even show up. When I moved in there was still random things in the kitchen cabinets. Place is outdated and when I moved out they found the most ludicrous things to charge me on, even though I left the place way cleaner than it was when I moved in. I recommend not living here."

"PlEASE, PLEASE don't rent from this place. There cleaning out the apartment next to mine and all the bugs they found so disgusting. Save yourself the aggravation and disappointment.This place has ANTS, RATS and MICE. Thank god we have the Ring so we know who is coming to our door when we're not home cause they let the carpet guys into your apartment when your not home. That means they can let anyone into your aprtment without you knowing. No one is coming into my apartment without us being home. People leave there garbage everywhere not even by the dumpsters.The management does nothing and the maintenance guys do nothing all they do is drive around in there trucks. Even it's an emergency they dont care.They don't even respond to email's if you need help and don't answer there phones. Where we put the garbage, there is MICE, RATS and BUGS it's disgusting. We been living here 10 months, when our contract is up we are looking for another place to live. The walls are thin so you everything your neighbors are doing.The parking here is not so great there's no asigned spots so someone could park and not care if you park there by your apartment or they assume you only have one car.There's no lights outside can't see where your going. Dont feel safe here and I have a family.There is single people, families and elderly living here and this management does nothing to help us. Can't wait to move."

"If you know what's good for yourself you won't move in here. The management are massively rude and border on the lines of abusive to thier residents. It took them 6 months to fix my heat. I had to deal with no heat most of the winter. The. It took them another six months to replace my dishwasher. Jenna the property manage clearly has anger issues cause she has no idea how to treat people. Amanda the Reginal Manger isn't much better, promising to have thing replaced in a timely manner. Then threatening to have you evicted when you hold her to her promise. They also have instated a policy of you leave trash on your porch you get fined, when they them selves treat the community as a trash bin. There have been about 7 other property managers come and go in just a year. I'm currently kind stuck her but wishing every day that I will be able to move. They company as awhile has treated me so poorly my mental health has suffered."
