"Stay away! Mold riddled apartments. Don’t expect to sleep past 7:30a.m with constant noise from workers. Seems like they just rent to anyone. No camera anywhere, doors constantly have broken locks. Property manager is rude"

"For years i've been residing in Troy, living in 2 and 3 family homes with not so attentive landlords, I made the best decision to move into Cedar Park with my family in 2016..... my mom resides here and I also referred 2 co-workers here. The staff are very caring and helpful, they make you feel at home, and give you the sense of importance! They have the empathy/ understanding that some folks require. I would suggest this property to anyone that is looking for a good safe place to live."

"I like living here. The hallways are clean as are the laundry and the workout facilities. Laundry services made convenient by using a laundry debit card. Management has been responsive. The environment feels safe due to adequate external lighting. Locked entrances and well kept grounds. The only thing, the ceiling creaks a lot as people walk above."

"Really confused what the apartment management is thinking. In the winter they may issue notice about they will clean the snow during snowy days, cars must be moved or else they will get towed, without any specific towing time or notice. Which basically means as long as there is snow on the ground, your car may be towed away, at your own expense. I've seen better apartments (literally 2000 feet away), that when moving is necessary, they hire their own tow trucks and only tow cars to other parking spaces. I am not just giving a bad review purely because of the towing issue. Also not to mention their ambitious renovating plan has no progress at all since I am around. Some of the apartment hallways has cigarette smell etc.."
