"I absolutely love living here. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The office and maintenance staff are outstanding. The staff always respond on the same day. This is not some “corporate machine”, the management here really cares about the property and the tenants. I have lived here for several years. Highly recommend!"

"My wife and I lived in the new building for 2 years before moving to take a job in a different state. We both loved the apartment and the management was really good. It’s convenient for getting on 787, too. I just wish there were more sidewalks outside of the apartment area, as I liked taking the bus from the HVCC stop to to work sometimes. It was a minor thing; I think it’s out of their control anyway, since their property had side walks everywhere."

"We lived here for 3 years and recently moved out-of-state. I will say that the staff is friendly, maintenance always took care of requests in the same day, their office manager, Becky, is cool, utilities (water, electricity) are included which is a huge bonus, fitness center on the premises (came in handy on snowy days when we didn’t want to drive), laundry on premises. The rooms are a nice size as well. Plenty of space. The cons of living here are that the hot water is not hot all the time. In the winter, it’s cold majority of the day. We got hip to it and wouldn’t take a shower during busy times like 8am-11am or 4-8pm. You either have to take a shower super early, really late or midday. And it would also be cold in the actual apartments during winter. BUT I think the apartments are just old to be honest. If you take care of the apartment and pay your rent on time, you won’t have any issues with them. They’re fair about returning the security deposit and they send it out in a couple of days, max. I can say that they’re fair at Cottage Street. I would suggest a few updates and upgrades in the apartments, like appliances, etc but other than that, not a bad place to live."

"Lived here for the last two years. Excellent value with all utilities included except cable/Internet. Everything is well maintained inside and out, management is very responsive to your needs, maintenance requests are handled same or next day. Occasionally a building will have a problem with enough hot water, and sometimes it takes them a week or two to fix a broken washer or dryer. In the winter the hot water pipes in my basement unit might freeze if it gets below 10F, but again, maintenance is real good about helping out. Compared to pop-up developments in the area, the construction is quite solid. Just pay the rent, don't be a nuisance, and enjoy being in a place where people of all walks of life just peacefully live."
