"I’d love to say , Christina at the leasing office is the most sweetest thoughtful being I’ve met in a long time. From last year when i moved in until now , everything is always in order. The gifts , the laughs , the thoughtfulness to upgrade my apartment to something larger and better. Riverhill itself is also an amazing community , 1 year down for me and more to come! ☺️ if you are questioning moving to Riverhill , think no more. It’s a gorgeous place with amazing staff."

"Christina the office leasing manager is so sweet and amazing! She has always been quick with her replies since the day I applied, made me feel right at home, and has been helpful throughout the whole process! The apartment is very spacious and filled with plenty of natural sunlight, no need to use the lights until night. The apartment complex is nice quiet and well kept! The neighbors are friendly and the area is definitely family oriented!"

"The housing manager Christina was wonderful. She was very polite, professional and kind. She showed us a tour of the space and my roommate and I instantly fell in love. My roommate and I lived on the Top floor , not too many stairs to go up . You will definitely need a shopping chart of some sort to bring in your groceries. The parking lot and garages are away from the building making it difficult move in and move out of the building. Our apartment had plenty of space . Huge rooms especially the master bedroom. during the summer time we got quite a bit of bugs from outside in the house coming in from the built in AC’s.I don’t know if that’s the same for all the apartments. The heating is not controlled by the tenants. Sometimes it gets extremely hot and I’d have to turn on the AC. On the positive end Maintenance is really fast at cleaning up after each winter storms. There’s more than enough parking everyone."

"Moved here last from Florida. Christina has been such a great help to me especially since I moved here sight unseen. She is very responsive and has made my transition stress-free. The property is well maintained and the maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. I am happy to being staying here for another year! Also, the apartment is so spacious and I am glad to be living in a building with quiet and respectful neighbors."

"I moved into Riverhill after living in a "luxury" apartment for a year and am very happy with Riverhill. Riverhill and the luxury apartment are approximately the same size. The 2 advantages that the "luxury" apartment had were (1) washer and dryer in the unit and (2) age - a little over one year old. Neither of those advantages are worth the extra rent. Riverhill has hardwood floors and more usable living space, both of which are big advantages to me. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to everything, which is icing on the cake."
