"My friend rents one of those loft style 1 bedrooms with multiple staircases in the unit and no windows. Just stuffy AC units, I cant imagine trying to get out of there in an emergency. This weekend we wanted to spend time together so I drove to stay with him. Needless to say the place urked me enough that I wanted to leave this review, hopefully saving future people from making a bad decision. He had made multiple reservations to use the amenities and every time we went down to use the skiiball machines there was people just sitting around watching TV and playing loud music there. Like all day/ all night. There was 3 of us so we really imagined using these amenities as a bonding activity and just to enjoy them. Something we didn't get to do. Are we wrong for thinking the whole point of reserving these was to make sure we could enjoy them. I know he pays a good amount of money to live there and looking around it doesn't look anywhere near that price point... Most of the walls aren't properly painted, trim is just missing in the hallways, that were not very clean. Huge ripped construction plastic just hangs in the main lobby as a huge eyesore and reminder that management just does not care here. So yea there are plenty of luxury options in Albany, and this just is not one of them."

"Slip 12 has been nothing but “Home” since day one of moving in! This is my third property with Redburn and I have to say this property when fully completed is the place to live/Be. Everyone at Redburn is welcoming, professional, and genuinely passionate on finding the right space that fits for you! If not for Redburn/Slip 12… I’m not sure where “home” would be !"
