"Medical resident at the hospital here. Do not recommend for a resident. You can hear everything -people talking or yelling on the street, sirens, your neighbors talking or playing video games (that’s how thin the walls are) while trying to sleep. The building is in a scetchy neighborhood. One time I couldn’t even get into the building with my FOB and management didn’t even do anything so I had to call my neighbor to let me in in the middle of the night and this happened repeatedly over the span of a month. Would not recommend this building. I moved to Latham and I am much much happier- there are better buildings out there"
"I just renewed for another year here. The managers did give me a $25 Starbucks gift card for leaving a review. It's a nice place. Awesome windows but at the end of the day its still just a view of Albany. :-("
"No complaints. Does everything a rental apartment is supposed to."
"Very busy intersection, you can hear every police, fire and ambulance. You can hear the people one the street talking and from the top floor and you can hear everything and anything you neighbor does. Apartment is ok. Just be mindful that you will have som interrupted sleep. Also, parking lot is full a lot of the time even though you pay for it and when you can’t act management they say to contact the sup who never answers and the number for the tow truck is out of service."
