"Looks very clean but rooms always smells like cigarettes. The beds are not comfy. You feel the springs and the wires when you lay down. The bed makes noise. The tv is dope. Happy they have smart TVs and you can use Netflix. Decent pricing. What you pay for your buck is what you get. Overall its better than a lot of hotels in the Bronx."
"One of the rooms I was given the white sheet off the bed wasn't changed or cleaned had a stain on it. The bathroom wasn't clean nor the toilet. Please do better house keeping even for just for a client that's staying for a one bussines day. Over all customer service was great."
"Room was decent. NO HOT WATER. Needed to shower before going to a conference and when I called the reception downstairs, was told that I "just had to wait"...."all rooms get the same water"..."they don't give any partial refunds. If you need a room and have no intention of using the bath/shower, then go right ahead. Otherwise don't waste a dime booking a room here."
