"I ordered 1 item at 11:40am for it to be ready in 20 mins for pickup. I came 6 minutes after pick up time and it was not ready. The cashier asked me to double check my location because they didn't have it. I double checked and it was correct. Lots of time was spent just waiting for them to find my order. Another lady came and said someone already picked it up for delivery. This was not the case since I had ordered it to be picked by me in person. When they finally found my order and made it, it was 12:20pm. They should have verified the correct orders they were handing out. It should not have taken 40 mins from the time of order for me to receive my item. This was negligence on their part and they didn't even offer to make up for the mistake or say sorry."
"I really liked this. I had not had Qdoba in years. It was really fresh. My burrito was huge and I thought well priced."
"Food was fine. Extremely rude staff who seemed annoyed to be having to make a burrito. At lunch time. Tables were all dirty. Garbage cans were left exposed which really gave the restaurant a “nice” smell."
