"My recent visit was shockingly surprisingly decent. Even though the young kids are on their cell phones while taken your orderwas definitely unprofessional, but overall Their Manners was polite, they took my order without me wondering if someone is going to take my order. The fries was actually freshly cooked this time. Everything else was pretty decent."
"Waited at the order speaker for 10 minutes. Ordered my food and waited another 5/6 minutes to get to the window. Was told to pull forward for fresh fries when I had already waited 15 minutes. Asked for a manager and the lady didn’t ask me what was wrong, but told me to drive forward with an attitude for fries. I said, why is the service so bad, and she told me one customer doesn’t ruin her day. She didn’t care if I complained and asked me if I wanted. Refund. Snatched my receipt, and threw the money at me. Funny thing is she gave me too much money because she was too busy being rude to notice I paid $5 and some change, and she gave me back $7 and some change. Lady with dreads, awful attitude for a manager"
"This McDonald’s is clean and the workers are very nice. I witnessed a man come inside after receiving an extra small cheeseburger he didn’t pay for, he offered to give it back or pay for it. A tall gentlemen named DJ said “thank you for being honest and coming in but you’re good” and the costumer left with a big smile feeling good about the situation. Kudos to DJ for his positive uplifting personality that was positively influential on his team mates. I’ve never left a review for McDonald’s, but DJ stood out."
"I ordered through the app, parked and waited. Waited a while and my food was bad. The fries were cold and hard. I wanted cheese on my mcchicken there wasn’t any cheese on it. My McDouble had two bottom buns. Never again."
