"I ordered a pizza for lunch and Sean the manager of the Wauwatosa Toppers on state street in Wisconsin gave me the wrong crust and when I called, he argued with me about it and told me that he gave me a dough that was not proofed enough. Sean, the manager, said it was my fault and if I would’ve just ordered cheese, the pizza crust would have become thicker. Then while I was trying to explain the pizza crust, he did nothing but interrupt me and wouldn’t let me finish what I was saying at all. I usually never have a problem with toppers or put up reviews like this, but Sean, the manager of toppers on State Street in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin was beyond a bad manager. RUDE RUDE RUDE. And that’s not even mentioning the pizza was cold and he forgot all my dipping sauces."
"ordered through the app for delivery. I was called right after I ordered just for them to tell me that they don’t have a delivery driver. I missed the call so i called that number back directly and instead of being directed straight to the store it put me in contact with customer service. The man was incredibly rude. When he finally directed me to the store that’s when they told me. I’m grateful that they at least told me within a timely manner, but if they can’t deliver then delivery should not have been an option on the app at that time."

"We needed a pick-me-up late around 1am. Jeremy hooked us up and we had an AMAZING midnight meal! We got the pepperoni pizza and bacon stix, and it was all SOOOOOOOO GOOD! Jeremy honestly needs a raise with his great attitude, and just seems like an overall great guy! Thank you Toppers, and thank you Jeremy!"
