"Ordered pretty late, just calling them to let them know that they forgot my soda. Not even 1 second in I got hung up on. Called back the girl said I didn't say anything so she hung up. She had a major big attitude the whole call, I explained to the girl that I ordered a soda and didn't get the soda, she said my order didn't say I ordered a soda, she was reading "my" order to me and it wasn't anything close to what I ordered. Put me on hold, then proceeded in saying it was the driver's fault for not reading what I ordered and not asking for it. Playing the blame game. Will never order from this place ever again. When I opened up the wings, it was not appetizing at all. Looks like they just threw some wings into a pile of sauce. It looked nasty. Toppers is overpriced for such poor quality of food and poor customer service even when you're trying to be nice and not a Karen. I rather order from domino's or papa John's. At least their food look and taste better than this. If I could put 0 stars I would!!"
"Quoted 45 minutes for a delivery time. I called the store after it was 30 minutes late and there was no apology. They tried to blame the delay on rush hour at 7:30 on a Monday night. Going on two hours and pizza is still not here. #ridiculous"
"Ordered online and my order was ready right away, but they gave me the wrong order! The one time I trust them and go home without checking, never again. Ordered a large Italian Beef and Apple Strusel Sticks and got some medium veggie pizza and cheesestix, and everything was cold. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one is because the guy called and asked if I wanted to drive back or get a refund. I asked for the refund because I had to pick up my sister from work and didn’t have time to go back—the reason I got something quick out for dinner in the first place."
"Stopped into this Toppers about a week or so ago on a Saturday evening. I had a wonderful experience. The young lady at the front counter was very polite and helpful. The young men in the back were working really hard. They were not slacking nor appeared lazy at all. Everybody in that store was working. Great customer service! I will definitely return."
