"It’s really not a bad location but that old black man that typically works nights ruins it for the whole establishment! He needs to retire because his attitude is bad, he doesn’t provide any let alone good customer service, and he parks every car. I was parked for a large coffee before and when I questioned it he gets smart and rude. Get rid of him!!"
"Received a uncooked burger yesterday called to make a complaint and was transferred to a pager system where they told me that they would give my info to the restaurant and have them give me a call back and never received one. Called again today and the same thing happened. When I got my food there was no one really in the restaurant nor there was anyone in the parking lot so I don’t understand how my burger was made undone. I was at work when I bit into it and realized it wasn’t done I then broke the burger all the way up and the whole thing was raw. I had to throw it away and I couldn’t leave to go back to the restaurant. The picture I took didn’t even do it justice it was way more pink in person."
"Used to be best Mcdonalds in Milwaukee, idk if they have new management. Food is not as fresh.. wish they stop either putting the onions under the cheese or cooking their burgers with the onions in general."

"Rude management they messed up my order twice and before I even paid I asked about Halloween buckets they said they had some but when I received my food they all of a sudden didn't have them...but I was looking directly in the back un open on Halloween! long story short if I'm spending almost $50 on fast food I expect my order to be perfect period...we could of went to a different location and had a way better experience..."
