"Upon arrival there was a sour spoiled stench in the air….(I almost walked out) The manager on duty greeted me with “You got a mobile order!!????” I had to wait for my order.Drove all the way home only to discover that I was given the wrong order…..The majority of my visits here have all ended with me being unsatisfied. I only stopped here because it was a last resort. For someone who frequents Mc Donald’s on a regular basis, I will never enter this establishment again. It’s a wonder how they are even still in operation. The unacceptable service that has been provided over the years is something that ownership should take into account as it is a reflection to their business practices…"
"I'm a Vietnam veteran and went to this McDonald's on Veteran's Day as it is near my house. I said I was there for my free combo as I saw the offer on Google and I had my ID with me.They asked the manager and he said they weren't participating. I then went to the McDonald's on Mayfair Rd and Burleigh. I was given a combo no questions asked. I will never go back to that McDonald's"
"I ordered my grandkids some happy meals (6), they gave them cold fries, which wasn't cool. We had to rewarm the food, but the kids still ate. The service was slow, and the cs rep was not kind at all."
"Seems like no one working, the young girl doing drive through didn't seem to know what she was doing. We ordered 3 meals, and we were missing fries, and she kept saying "umm she didn't charge you for the fries," and we had to repeatedly say, " WE ORDERED MEALS.....MEALS" they come with it. After waiting a long time, she finally got our fries... I feel bad for her as she seems new or doesn't know anything. The older ladies working with her seem to not care about this young girl as they wouldn't even help her."
"Food was cold, the drive thur no one was answering girl was on her phone with gloves next to food. Had to replace sandwich and it worst then the 1st one all young people at restaurant food all on the floor. Seem like it was really one person working and she was doing it by herself the one with colorful shoes was outside hanging around his car look sleepy. What I don't understand why work at a site if you don't like your job DO BETTER. We gotta do better in general you in the food industry and regardless how customers treat you YOU gotta do what is right cause it is the job (UNTIL YOU DO BETTER) you chose."
